Send Your Kids to College FREE

Consider an alternative plan to save for your kids’ college fund. You’ll be surprised to learn that you CAN send your kids to college for FREE! How? Three methods:

  1. Increasing Chances Of Scholarship. Apply for as many as possible to start! And start this 12 months in advance of the semester beginning. Ask your child’s high school for a list of scholarships. Also, check out “Scholarship Advisor” for a whole load of essay writing tips. Scholarship.com and collegecapital.com are also excellent resources to help you.

  2. Get financial aid. If you’re planning on selling any assets for a profit, make sure you do this before December 31 of your child’s junior year of high school. Otherwise ‘needs-based’ financial aid won’t apply so much! Money saved in your child’s name also limits aid eligibility. To locate schools likely to offer your child merit-aid, type your child’s passions and gifts and the word ‘university’ into Google.com to find a school more inclined to give you aid.

  3. Buy a house (using the no-money down method I’ll be showing you in this course) near the college campus and rent it out to students. Your kid stays free in return for being the property manager. Parents of the other students give you checks for rent in advance. The profit you make will help pay for the tuition. Any additional expenses could be paid back when your kid graduates and the house is sold for a profit! Also, the money you give your kid for being property manager (which helps pay the tuition fees) is tax-deductible because it’s a salary!

See what happens when you use the power of money for you and not against you?
